      The timeline depends on the project scope. Styling and furniture selections usually take 2–4 weeks, while full design projects with joinery or renovation elements can take 6–12 weeks. We always provide a clear schedule at the start so you’ll know what to expect.

      We accept bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and secure online payments through our invoicing system. For larger projects, payments are divided into clear milestones so you can manage your budget comfortably.

      Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.

    • Do you ship outside Australia?

      At the moment we only ship within Australia. International shipping may be added in the future.

      All plants are packed with care using eco friendly materials, including biodegradable pulp nursery pots and recyclable boxes to ensure they arrive safely.

    • Can I pick up my order?

    • What if my plant arrives damaged?

      If your plant arrives in poor condition, please notify us within 48 hours with a clear photo so we can assist you.

    • Can I combine items in one order?

      Yes, all items in the same order will be shipped together under the flat rate.
